Copy Room HQ is provided to schools under the quote and invoice agreed with each school. The service is offered as is. Each school is responsible for who it gives its admin PIN to and for the accuracy of its rates and rosters.

We may suspend a school's site for non-payment or misuse, and a school may stop using the service at any time and ask for its data. See the privacy page for how data is handled, and the contact page for questions.
